September home sales up 5.6%! Best selling projects include Penrose and Treasure Condo!

Sales of condominium rises amid current COVID situation. We see an 5.6% increase as compared to August 2020, with some of the best selling projects like Penrose, Treasure at Tampines as well as Jadescape condominium.
Other new projects like Verdale and Myra condominium which are also located in the city fringe, collectively sold 59 units and could top the chart soon with their attractive location and prices.
